Batu is supportive to new guardsmen, roleplays well, can help people with Pac and has been in the 426th as long as I have. He has gone through the same training as I have and actually managed to accomplish a rather comparatively rather healthy division compared to the others. Medics weren't always around, but they often were when he was head of the division and the fact that Finnegan as the new med division head is recruiting, training and continuing his legacy is a really, really good sign.
So he can manage the division, is active during EU and american time, is very personable, knows his stuff, I can attest to his leadership ability, but I do have one big glaring concern that digs at me even though it's kind of an inoccuous one.
Do you actually want to be Colonel or Captain? You definitely have the ability, but I also get the strongest feeling that you would really rather just be a medic. And it's really important you're honest about this because if you're yearning to get yourself elbow deep in guardsman guts one more time, you might have a difficult time sticking with the colonel role and your application even has some reticience in it, saying you're applying because Jokrr thinks you should.
If you do genuinely want the job, then I'll happily give my +1
