In-game Hours and Gmod Hours: I have 28+ hours on the server and 1249+ hours on Garrys Mod no joke

Why you want to be staff(Atleast One Paragraph):
Why? Well for starters I love the community, aswell as the way the server plays out. The events are entertaining though some feel like there lacking I wish one day to be able to host events of my own. I feel as though troopers and people of the like have so much downtime and it gets boring sometimes. Aswell as events my other main focus is making sure people enjoy their time spent on the server. Either if they played for hours or minutes, every second should be enjoyable! It is my goal to help the community be better and have more fun along the way. Also The the server is only around 2 weeks old, Thats important to me because the server still has much time to develope within the Gmod Server board. When a new server is created it has potential to be good or downright bad but this server has great potential, but that potential can only be brought out by 2 obvious factors 1 The staff and their resolve to make this young server enjoyable to the players and 2 the community with constant attention to most of the players and their opinions, problems with the server, and their attitude towards everyone for the staff to improve themselves and the server.
Why you should be given staff than others?:
I'll be honest know there will always be someone better than myself more talented than I, But im not hear to be better than anyone May it be staff or my peers, Im here for the Server, community, and the role play. I am a very talkative person, with a outgoing personality. I am ready to push forward into staff and put my best foot infront as I go. I am calm and collective and always improving myself. Most of my experience in servers is lackluster but this server really amazes me; and with that amazement I feel I should be accepted so that I may help people enjoy the server more.
What Can you bring to the server?:
Increased organisation and increased roleplay engagement for the players of the server, I would also be able to contribute events, passive activity/role play for those wanting it, and constant fun for the players of the server when I am present
Past staff experiences.Yes I was a trial mod for a WW1 server though unfortunately I only got accepted but was never trained due to the servers lack of communication and organization
